We will have a range of marquee and umbrella packages available. Simply choose your preferred option, pay prior to the races and your Umbrella or Marquee will be set up, ready and waiting for you on race day. Umbrella Package $200 – accommodate up to 10 people
An umbrella package is an inexpensive alternative to a Mini Marquee, and includes the following:
· 3.8m span market umbrella
· 1.8m rectangle table & 10 chairs
Mini Marquee Package $450- accommodate up to 10+ people
A Mini Marquee is an affordable way for a group of friends or family to get together at the races, and includes the following:
· 3m x 3m Mini Marquee (with walls)
· 1 x 1.8m rectangle table & 10 chairs (Extra chairs are available at a cost)
Entertainer Marquee $650 – accommodate 15+ people
The Entertainer Marquee is an affordable way for a social club, group of friends or family to get together at the races, and includes the following:
· 4m x 4m Marquee (with walls)
· 2 x 1.8m rectangle tables & 15 chairs (Extra chairs are available at a cost)
Deluxe Marquee $1,300 – accommodates up to 25+ people
The Deluxe Marquee is a great way for a social club, group of friends or family to get together at the races, and includes the following:
· 6m x 6m Marquee (with walls)
· 3 x 1.8m rectangle tables & 25 chairs (Extra chairs are available at a cost)
Trackside Marquees (GOLD sponsors ONLY $2,200) – accommodates up to 30+ people
New for 2023 Trackside Marquee, to cater for our Gold sponsors, set up trackside for a birds eye view, includes the following:
· 6m x 9m Marquee (no walls)
· 5 x 2.4m rectangle tables & 30 chairs (Extra chairs are available at a cost)
